Business coaching, how?
Depending on the objective, our coaching programmes are ideally made of:
- 10 to 20 hours of individual coaching,
- kick-off and wrap-up meetings together with HR and/or the manager of the coachee.
Sessions are face à face or, if necessary, using teleconference systems such as Skype.
In French or in English.
