Corporate coaching, why?

Everyone, even high potential managers can optimise their career with the support of a professional coach.

Indeed corporate coaching (or business coaching) help clients clarify their vision and talents, identify their needs for further development and explore new opportunities:

  • leadership development, self-confidence, motivation and creativity
  • performance and efficacy,
  • conflict management,
  • adaptation to change,
  • stress management and work-life balance

Corporate coaching, how?

Depending on the objective, our coaching programmes are made of:

  • 10 to 16 hours of individual coaching,
  • kick-off, follow-up and wrap-up meetings together with HR and/or the manager of the coachee.

Sessions are face à face or, if necessary, using teleconference systems such as Skype.

In French or in English.


In parallel, we also train staff with programmes developed from our expertise and academic background. This is also the case with partners we work with. Examples of training programmes we developed:
